Digital Turbine loss reason codes
Digital Turbine publishes this ${AUCTION_LOSS} table, and a bid-status table that names which status fires which code. 1010 is Digital Turbine's code for a malformed bundle. 206 still means an app bundle exclusion.

6 | Invalid Advertiser Domain | Digital Turbine maps an empty adomain and a malformed adomain to lurl 6. A valid value is a hostname such as us.company.com. A value with a scheme, a path, a leading dot, or a store URL is invalid, and so is a raw app bundle. |

9 | Missing Bid Price | The bid had no price. |
100 | Bid Below Auction Floor | Digital Turbine maps Below the Floor Price to lurl 100. |
101 | Bid Below Deal Floor | The bid was below the deal floor. |
102 | Lost to Higher Bid | Digital Turbine maps Lost on Price to lurl 102. |
103 | Lost to a Bid for a PMP Deal | A deal bid took the impression. |
202 | Creative Filtered - Disapproved by Exchange | Digital Turbine disapproved the creative. |
204 | Creative Filtered - Incorrect Creative Format | The creative format did not match the placement. |
205 | Creative Filtered - Advertiser Exclusions | Digital Turbine maps Blocked Advertiser Domain to lurl 205. |
206 | Creative Filtered - App Bundle Exclusions | Digital Turbine prints 206 as an app bundle exclusion and maps Blocked Advertiser App to it. That is the OpenRTB 2.5 name. The current OpenRTB list uses 215 for a bundle and 206 for a store id. |
207 | Creative Filtered - Not Secure | The creative was not secure. |
