Xandr loss reason codes

Xandr publishes the ${AUCTION_LOSS} codes it returns. The list is a subset of the OpenRTB table. Xandr does not publish a code at 500 or above.

`1`	Internal Error	Xandr lists 1 as an internal error.
`3`	Invalid Bid Response	Xandr lists 3 as an invalid bid response.
`4`	Invalid Deal ID	The deal id did not match a deal Xandr knows.
`5`	Invalid Auction ID	The auction id did not match.
`6`	Invalid Advertiser Domain	adomain was missing or malformed.
`7`	Missing Markup	The markup was missing.
`8`	Missing Creative ID	The creative id was missing.
`9`	Missing Bid Price	The bid had no price.
`100`	Bid was Below Auction Floor	The bid was below the auction floor.
`101`	Bid was Below Deal Floor	The bid was below the deal floor.
`102`	Lost to Higher Bid	Another bid paid more.
`104`	Buyer Seat Blocked	The seat is blocked.
`200`	Creative Filtered - General; reason unknown	Xandr filtered the creative and did not say why.
`201`	Creative Filtered - Pending Processing by Exchange	The creative is still in review or transcoding.
`202`	Creative Filtered - Disapproved by Exchange	Xandr disapproved the creative.
`203`	Creative Filtered - Size Not Allowed	The size was not allowed.
`204`	Creative Filtered - Incorrect Creative Format	The format did not match the placement.
`205`	Creative Filtered - Advertiser Exclusions	The advertiser is excluded.
`207`	Creative Filtered - Not Secure	The creative was not secure.
`208`	Creative Filtered - Language Exclusions	The language is excluded.
`209`	Creative Filtered - Category Exclusions	The category is excluded.
`210`	Creative Filtered - Creative Attribute Exclusions	A creative attribute is excluded.
`213`	Creative Filtered - Not Allowed in PMP Deal	The creative is not allowed in the deal. Xandr's table uses the OpenRTB 2.5 wording for 213.
