Chartboost still prints 206 as an app bundle exclusion, which is the OpenRTB 2.5 name. The current OpenRTB list uses 215 for that and 206 for a store id.

Treat a Chartboost 206 as a blocked bundle. Do not relabel it as a store-id exclusion.
