Chartboost RTB error 211: Missing MRAID playable crtype

Chartboost blocks a rewarded non-VAST response that is missing bid.ext.crtype set to MRAID playable. This is not the OpenRTB meaning of 211, which is ad type exclusions.
Chartboost reports this integer in the ${AUCTION_LOSS} macro on the bid's lurl. A search for Chartboost RTB error 211 is this code.
What to change
On a rewarded placement that is not VAST, set bid.ext.crtype to MRAID playable.
