The creative was disapproved by Unity's exchange review due to the creative only containing a blank image or serving a 1x1 pixel image (blanks).

What to change

Unity rejected a blank creative or a 1x1 pixel. Send a real asset. A tracking pixel in the creative slot returns 1209.
