The bid set BidResponse.seatbid.bid.ext.skadn, and its SKAdNetwork ID was not in the plist on BidRequest.imp.ext.skadn.

What to change
Bid a SKAdNetwork ID from the request's plist, or omit ext.skadn when the impression did not send one.
